Banner Terms & Conditions

1. Please allow up to 72 hours business days to design the sign. Kraft Banner are not water proof, they are indoor only. If needing to be waterproof, I can design to be printed. Printing can take up to 5 business days to allow for signage to be printed once the final sign-off proof has been given. To avoid disappointment with production, it's best to book out as early as you can, ideally 3 weeks out. At times, supply chains may also impact printing production, so if unsure, Chrissy will verify with the lab, prior to starting the order.

2. When you are submitting any images, for your product, you must submit images that you own the printing rights to. You own the rights, if you took the photo, or if the photographer, or the company, gave you permission to print it. This is quite often referred to as printing rights. The copyright will always stay with the original owner of who took the photo, and there is a high penalty if you violate copyright.

Sprinkle Sunlight claims no responsibility if images that are submitted are found to violate this policy. When you place your order, you are agreeing to these terms and take full responsibility for the use of the images submitted. If you are unsure, if you have printing rights to the image, then you must seek written permission from the photographer, or the photography company, who took your images. C parker studios or Sprinkle Sunlight will not be held liable for any misuse of digital files, that are submitted for use, and will uphold all copyright laws.

No trademark characters will be used in the designs, as it is a violation to profit off when I have no rights to the designs for profit.

3. I will create a total of two mockups for Banners. I will design it first. Then send you a proof. Then you will pick your preference of the mockup. The first change is complimentary. The second proof will be given to verify all is correct. After 2 proofs have been given, if they are additional changes to be made, there will be a charge of $5 per change of proof, after 2 proofs have been given.

I will consult with you, and have you sign off on it before going to production. Hand Painting does not mean perfection, your designs, will show that a human is behind it. You take full responsibility to make sure spelling, and permission to use any photography or digital image is given prior to printing, which does not violate copyright laws. Orders must be signed off through email/text and paid in full before it will go into production. Payment covers the cost of the sign, and delivery to Chinook mall area or south to Okotoks. Pick up is welcome,
